Alan is City & Guilds Qualified in Computer Hardware Installation and Maintenance. He holds the Certificate in Education (Further Education) and the Assessors and Internal Verifiers awards (D32,33,34) of the NCVQ. He started working with computers in 1972 for American Express.

Judi is the "better half" of Mad Dog U.K. Ltd. She is the organiser, book-keeper, telephonist, receptionist, chief cook and bottle-washer. If you call us, the chances are it will be Judi that answers. We are open nearly every day, but we can't answer the phone 24/7, so please leave a message.

Sheba, our German Shepherd, is the newly promoted Head of Security. She will ensure that your Computer equipment is safe if it has to come to our workshop for repair.

Mika, our newly appointed Northern Inuit puppy. We hope he will make a worthy successor to Mad Dog. When fully grown, he should stand about 28" at the shoulder.
